"RMA went through, just a bit slow"
The RMA did work in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. It’s just… the updates were slow, and I found myself checking more than I expected. Once things moved along it was fine, but the waiting around without much info was a little frustrating

"Store was clean and easy to get..."
Store was clean and easy to get around. The aisles actually made sense, so I found the cable I needed quickly without having to track anyone down for help. Solid shopping experience.
"Checkout Was a Mess"
I tried ordering from canadacomputers and it was way more stressful than it needed to be. The site kept acting up at checkout, and it looked like the payment went through, but then I didn’t get a proper confirmation for quite a while. Support was slow too, and not really a big help. It just made whole order feel annoying for no reason. Next time I’ll probably buy from another place...

"Helpful, but a little slow"
I went in looking for a laptop part, and to be fair, the staff did try to help me out. One of the guys seemed to really know what he was talking about, while another was a bit unsure and had to check with someone else. Not a bad experience overall, it just took longer than I thought it would.

"Promo details could be clearer"
Canada Computers was fine overall. I found the item I was looking for easily, and the price seemed decent enough compared to other places.
But this is where it got annoying: the promo looked like it should apply, and then once I got to checkout, it turned out there were extra conditions that weren’t really obvious upfront. I had to click around and read the details, and even then I still wasn’t totally sure if I qualified.
It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, but I do think they should make promo eligibility clearer before you add things to your cart. It would save a lot of guessing and frustration.

"Smooth checkout compared to most tech sites"
I grabbed a few computer parts from canadacomputers.com, and the checkout was easier than I expected. Compared to a lot of other electronics sites where the cart gets messy or the shipping info is buried, this was straightforward.
My cart updated properly, the shipping options were clear, and the payment went through on the first try with my credit card. I also got the confirmation email almost right away, which is always reassuring.
Overall, it was quick and hassle-free. Nothing fancy, just a smooth order process, which is more than I can say for some other places I’ve used. I’d definitely use their site again.

"Return was okay, refund was a bit slow"
I had to return a power supply I bought from Canada Computers because it ended up not fitting my case. At first I was kind of expecting it to be a whole headache, but the staff checked it over and took the return without making a big deal out of it. So I was like, okay, nice, that was easy. Then the refund took a few days longer than I thought it would, and suddenly I was annoyed again because I kept checking my card like, where is it? It wasn’t the end of the world, just a little frustrating. Overall, it was fine. Not amazing, not terrible. The process was clear, I got my money back, but it definitely could’ve been a bit faster.

"I ordered a monitor and it got…"
I ordered a monitor and it got here in about 3 days, which was faster than I expected. The tracking was easy to follow too, which I appreciate because I’m the kind of person who checks shipping updates way too often, like it’s a live sports score or something. The box arrived in good shape, no weird dents or anything. Shipping wasn’t the cheapest, but it was dependable, so I can’t really complain...

"Canada Computers has decent stuff, but..."
Canada Computers has decent stuff, but the locations just aren’t very convenient for me. Not sure how to explain it, but most of the stores feel kind of out of the way from where I live, and getting there by transit isn’t great. I usually end up spending way more time than I want just trying to get to the store. I’d definitely shop there more if they had locations in easier spots.

"Prices are decent, but not always the lowest"
I mean, the prices are okay overall. You can definitely find some good deals here and there, but... some items feel a bit overpriced compared to other places. So yeah, it’s worth checking, but I wouldn’t assume everything is the best price.

"The staff were helpful once they got…"
The staff were helpful once they got back to me, but the replies took longer than I expected. I also kept getting vague promises like “we’ll update you soon,” without any real timeline, which was frustrating. Overall, decent support, but the communication could be a lot clearer.

"Good Communication Throughout the Order"
I ordered a few parts and got email updates when the order was confirmed and again when it shipped. The tracking info showed up quickly too, which was helpful. It did take a little while to process, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall the communication was solid and I always knew what was going on

"Long wait, but they did help in the end"
I was standing there thinking, wow, this queue is really not moving, and I started to get impatient. It took longer than I expected, but once I finally got to the staff, they were helpful and got things sorted. So yeah, the wait was annoying, but at least the service was decent in the end.

"I ordered online and picked it up pretty…"
I ordered online and picked it up quickly. i wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just a smooth, hassle-free pickup, and that’s exactly what I got. No issues at all.

"My order went through without any issues..."
My order went through without any issues, but the invoice really threw me off at first. The taxes and promo discount didn’t look the way I expected, so I had to go back and double-check everything. Support did explain it eventually, which I appreciated, but the billing layout could be a lot clearer. Since it took extra time and caused some unnecessary confusion, I’d definitely expect some kind of credit or compensation for the hassle.

"Solid repair, even if it took a little longer"
I brought my laptop in because it wasn’t charging, and they figured out it was a bad port and fixed it properly. Yeah, it took a day longer than they originally told me, but stuff happens and I’d rather have it done right than rushed. It’s working fine now, and the staff were nice enough the whole time.

"Custom build showed up messy and ruined my plans"
I paid extra to have this PC custom assembled, thinking I could just plug it in and start using it right away. Instead, it showed up with loose cables, messy cable management, and this weird rattling noise that made me nervous to even turn it on. I had plans to get everything set up that night, but that basically went out the window because I had to open it up and fix a bunch of stuff myself. Support took a while to get back to me too, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Disappointing for something I paid extra for.

"Canada computer sent me a empty box instead of a ROG NUC - DO NOT BUY"
Canada computer sent me a empty box instead of a ROG NUC - DO NOT BUY
Canada computer sent me a empty box instead of a ROG NUC - worth 2,200$
I recieved the parcel and it was empty, call them took 3 business days just to tell me they sent it. and no help after that.
Just said file a police report - not that we will help you find the parcel, we will contact UPS to file a claim nothing. i contacted cops they just gave me an incident report, i asked will they be looking for my device when it comes online - said no.
Basically a police report does nothing to find your device, i called Asus informed the same, created a case and was told if it comes online they cant do anything.
I completely Blame the sender Canada Computers - 1st - they used a box that was 4 times the size of the mini pc. no reason at all, someone took out the item and resealed the box, 2nd - they put there warehouse address on the senders - this is a big problem - as soon as driver or anyone who gets the parcel will want whats in the parcel as they know it is electronics.
Also in general the help and customer service is below zero, i am out of 2,200$ and i am getting answers like file a police report that is it. they dont even want to file insurance claim with UPS, how pathetic is this.
People in the future - dont support online purchases - this is very common now. no one cares, i must pad the salary of the CS who answered the phone and did nothing. instead of working towards helping the buyer, i have no help at all but arrogance and my fault. i dont even know how it is my fault.

"Apparently “In Stock” Doesn’t Mean In Stock"
I had a frustrating experience. The website showed the item was available at my local store, so I placed the order and figured everything was fine. Then the next day, I got an email saying it was actually out of stock and my order had been cancelled. Lovely. This has happened before too, so it’s not exactly a one-off. Maybe don’t list things as available if you don’t actually have them?
